Everything you need to know for the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show 2022

Below is everything you need to know about the show:


The events take place on Saturday June 18, Monday June 20, Tuesday June 21 and Wednesday June 22.

Below is the schedule of events:

Saturday JUNE 18 – Agility Masters Championship

Monday, JUNE 20 – Obedience Masters Championship | breed judgment

Tuesday, JUNE 21 – Breed judging | group judgment

Wednesday, JUNE 22 – Breed Judging | Junior presentation final | Group Judgment | Best of Show


The entire site is closed from June 13 to July 21 to allow for set-up and tear-down of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, as well as private hire. However, those with tickets to Westminster will be able to buy tickets to see the mansion and its ‘Women’s Work’ exhibition.


Entrance fees to Conformation/Obedience Day Trials and Agility Preliminaries:

Adult – $25

Children 5 and over – $12.50 (Children 4 and under free)

Entrance fees for the agility finals:

Adult – $30

Children 5 and over – $15.00 (children 4 and under free)

There is no general spectator parking on site. You must purchase parking with your ticket(s).

Day parking, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., is off-site at two locations.

Parking for the Masters Agility Championship, Saturday, June 18:

Offsite Location: Montefiore 555 S. Broadway, Tarrytown, NY

$15 per car | Park and Lock | Shuttle to Lyndhurst

Parking for conformation judging, Monday to Wednesday, June 20 to 22:

Offsite Location: Belvedere 723 S. Broadway, Tarrytown

$15 per car | Park and Lock | Short walk to Lyndhurst

If you are planning to attend and do not have a reserved parking space, the organizers are asking spectators to arrange to be dropped off and picked up at the main Lyndhurst entrance to the show.

If parking is full for daytime events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, spectator tickets are still available for all days.

If you’re planning on visiting the Hudson Valley for the show, there’s plenty to see in Tarrytown, Sleepy Hallow, and Westchester County.

Including many quaint and historic restaurants and landmarks.

Here are some examples:

Armor-Stiner House is a National Historic Landmark. The Eight-Sided House-turned-museum in Irvington-on-Hudson features the only remaining Egyptian Revival room in America with its original decor and furnishings. The historic house and landscape tour is a great choice.

Sleepy Hollow Cemetery invites visitors to discover the historic graves and the Old Dutch Church of Washington Irving’s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”.


Based on current New York State and local COVID-19 guidelines, no mask or proof of vaccination will be required of attendees at the 146th Annual Westminster Dog Show and 9th Annual Masters Agility Championship. CLICK HERE for updated information.
